Sending your loved one's ashes
For ashes, your journey with us begins with a special collection kit. We want to ensure the process is as easy and stress-free as possible for you.
Your next steps:
- Await your collection kit in the post.
- Follow the clear instructions provided within the kit.
- The kit includes a small pot and a spoon, perfectly sized for your ashes.
- Return your precious inclusions to us via a tracked delivery service for peace of mind.
Once your inclusions are received, we will advise you promptly, so you know they are safely with us.
Sending your breastmilk
To create your beautiful breastmilk jewellery, please follow these listing instructions carefully:
- Send only 5ml of breastmilk.
- Place the breastmilk within a sealed bag.
- Then, place this sealed bag within another sealed bag for extra security.
- Send via a tracked delivery service for peace of mind.
